By downloading, installing, or using Tapmate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.
You agree to use Tapmate only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your activity within the app, including the accuracy of commands, queries, and any content generated or shared using Tapmate.
To provide requested features, Tapmate may request access to services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Contacts, SMS, and Location. You may revoke access at any time through your device or Google Account settings. Without such permissions, certain features may not function.
For example, when you request Tapmate to open another app on your device, it temporarily checks which apps are installed to match your request to the correct app. This information is used only at the moment of your request and is never stored or shared.
Tapmate may also run certain features in the background, such as advanced UI overlays or the “word awake” function. These can always be enabled or disabled in your app settings.
Tapmate uses artificial intelligence services, including Google Gemini and ChatGPT, to process your queries and perform actions. While we strive for accuracy, Tapmate does not guarantee that AI-generated responses, suggestions, or actions will always be correct, reliable, or suitable for your intended purpose. Your data is processed only to fulfill your requested actions and is not used for advertising or other purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tapmate if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if continued access poses a risk to us, our partners, or other users. You may also stop using Tapmate at any time.
Tapmate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated outputs, actions performed on other apps, or errors from third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Tapmate after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless otherwise required by local law.
